Howdy Y'all!!

Ok..Thats as southern as I get, promise. Well... mostly. :p

Just saying a quick hello, and happy to be here on the boards. Hoping to learn more of the art of gluing millions of tiny bits of paper together, into something

I have done some small helmet builds, and such, as I tend to use such things for props and the like, but I enjoy learning new stuff.

Welcome! There are a few of us here from GA - I'm probably closest - in Marietta. Others towns I've seen around include Jasper, Athens, maybe Macon... We might have enough GA members soon to set up a meet!

We should hold a meet one of these days, in Columbus, Ga. (I hear that they have an awesome museum there.)

Hello from the home of the Dawgs, Univ. of Ga, Athens, GA. Actually, I live just outside of Athens in Watkinsville.

There are quite a few of us Ga/N Fl modelers and CT Ertz has a boffo idea! That museum to which he refers is a double banger.

The Army at Ft Benning has a stunning museum to which has been added the collection from Ft Knox's Patton Museum of Cavalry and Armor. Don't know the status of the move, though.

In Columbus is the Museum of the Confederate Navy and it is killer, too.

I'm meeting CT this coming Tues @ an IPMS club meeting in Cumming, GA. We'll talk this get together over. If you know them, PM the other GA/FL folks who may not see this thread. Let's make this happen!

Nice to see so many folks nearby!! Im actually in the Kennesaw Area..so yep, some folks closer than others!!

After Dragon*Con..I'll put something together, to get my fingers warmed up. Right now, too dang busy.
