Trouble downloading

I'm Dave Dembeck. I live north of Detroit, MI, and I'm new to this hobby. I was a plastic modeler for 43 years and now I'm starting over in this new area.

When I attempt to download some of Gary Pilsworth's files sometimes I am successful, but more often than not, I end up only downloading a few bytes which, obviously, show me nothing.

What's the problem?

The only intermittent problems we've had in the past seem to be related to how busy your (or the forum's) servers are. Usually the solution is just what you've done - try it again.

Dave...there is a tech rule that you need to post once on the forum before the downloads liven up for you...you should be good to go now...welcome and enjoy...

I'm at a website where the problem is opposite. It must be "Trouble with Tribbles".
