Hi Taz and all!
Yeah, been a bit busy for a while now; travelling a lot with the job and trying to get the home in order after a move. Hard to work on the home due to travel, so unfortunately, models have to take a back seat.

Got lots done on the computer though! Now, I just have to test, modify, test, modify, etc.

BTW, Taz and I are hoping to get to Herndon next October. I had a blast there 2 years ago and Taz has been wanting to get there ever since I told him about it. Thanks for yout friendship and support Taz, I'm the blessed one!

Best Regards,

Ron, I just tried the Composite site to get the 1/25 TOS bridge. It appears to be a broken link. Any suggestions (assuming it's not my computer acting up)?

U.S.S. Enterprise model

Hello, Ron!
I hope that you can help me... I am in the process of trying to build one of your downloadable Enterprise ( Star Trek TOS ) paper models, but am having some trouble figuring out how to match up the lower primary hull sections. I have cut them out precisely with a sharp Exacto knife and have attempted to understand how to align all the grid patterns on the different rings that comprise the lower saucer hull ( Parts 32, 33 and 34 ). How can I achieve the best results in order to advance to the next step ( I am presently stuck at Step 10 ) of the model's assembly? I have even referred to Mike Hungerford's notes in Step 10, but found that the rings do not match up with ALL the grid patterns when the tabs are glued together. On Part 33, where the dorsal pylon eventually gets attached, should I glue the two tabs together before I proceed to attach Part 32 or 34... just how do I get all of the tabs hidden and the grid lines on the different ring sections to match up? Please help, if you can! I love the details on your model and would be so excited to add it to my Star Trek collection of paper models!
Thanks for whatever assistance you may be able to supply!

Sincerely, Bruce EMAIL: titanic752 AT comcast DOT net
