We are the publisher of the ORLIK paper models kits.
We want to say hello to the whole Papermodelers.
From few years we also run a webshop which We would like to introduce to the Papermodelers community.

The information exchange benefits both sides...you can tell us what new items you have available, and we can let you know what we would be interesting in buying if it would be offered to us.

they conduct customer service. I just placed an order this morning, and I'm hoping the
shipping goes just as smooth!

Welcome to the forum, we will be more than happy to hear about new releases first hand and as soon as they come out, I always appreciated the Orlik line of models, specially the 'weird & strange' airplanes

Orange, my first order arrived ten days after making payment....can't want much better than that. As far as their service, on my second order, I originally specified "standard" (surface mail) shipment rather than expedited (airmail) delivery (which I used for the first order), as it would add about $15 to the shipping price for the faster delivery. Orlik looked into it a bit deeper, and found a way to give me airmail for only about $5 over the surface shipping price. I know this is just a rough estimate, but the airmail shipping ran about 20% of the kit price (which was easily in line with the prices of their competition). And, when I opened the package (which was sturdy enough to protect the kits), I discovered a bonus Orlik kit sitting on top of the pile. Orlik had really changed my mind about ordering from overseas...they seem to be willing to bend over backward to get our business. I, for one, am factoring them into my hobby budget.

And, as a bit of a post-script, I noticed that the kits I bought that were thier last copies in stock were quickly (next day) removed from their website 'catalog.' A small detail, but one I am very appreciative of, as nothing honks me off more than ordering a model just to get a "sorry, we sold out of that one a month ago" reply.
