Hello from a new member
Hello all,
I am a new member living in the UK. I am relatively new to paper modelling. I have been modelling scale models in plastic, resin and metal for some years now, but I am getting into paper modelling. I have recently purchased a 1/96th scale Apollo era paper LUT kit from eBay. While this kit is not for the faint of heart, I am also looking into simpler models based around Real Space and aircraft genres. I’m also interested in some decoupage and Kirigami. I hope to find lots of useful hints, tips and links for a 'novice' paper modeller on this forum. |

Dear DK84:
I Sugest going to the Download section and getting a scale cube of two from toys section. Print score cut fold glue Simple one page one part models, then get real models from the space section of the downloads. then tackle the LUT. Idea is to start simple and work up as skills improve. Good luck, MILES |

Welcome aboard! Plenty of models to choose from in the free category (check Links tab and the Download section). We have a fair number of real space models (most fairly easy) in our downloads, and the Lower Hudson Valley Challenger Center (see links section, free models) has many, many more. There are several other links sites focussed on spacecraft in the links section as well (NASA, ESA, Ninfinger, etc.). ECardmodels is building up a good inventory as well.
