1:32 scale is a popular aircraft modeling scale. But, you can get many buildings in 1:35, 1:72, 1/87 (HO) and 1:48 scale (OO).
I've got one source that escapes me at the moment. ONce I find it, I'll post it for you.

John,
1/32 scale will make huge buildings, but it can be done. Just enlarge smaller buildings. You may need to use corrugated cardboard or some other material for strength. Hi, Stoner -- and welcome. You'll find many buildings here -- and many build threads of buildings -- even if you have to tweak them to make them as large as you say. If you already happen to have a real empty barn, you're all set for a place to keep your large models.
The standard warning applies, however -- the more you participate in this Forum, the more you'll be tempted by models of other kinds. Welcome, again, and have fun!
