Very appreciative
Thank you for the terrific site and what looks like a very supportive community. In 1989, a friend surprised me with a fully assembled Alan Rose DC-3. It's been a proud decoration in several of my offices and returned to the walls of my home a few years ago. Yesterday, I took it down and began re-gluing a few spots and wondered if the book might still be available. A few web searches led me to your site and the wonderful download created by one of your members with the author's kind permission. I have no idea whether I have the patience and drive to assemble the model. But just knowing there are others who cared enough to preserve it was a wonderful discovery. So: a quick word of thanks and my heartfelt appreciation.

Hi there! Welcome to the site. Thanks for joining. The Rose DC-3 is a wonderful model. So glad you were able to find it. The key word in paper modeling is patience. There's no rush. What doesn't get done today will get done tomorrow - or the next day. Take your time here, get used to the forum (it is largish), ask questions and enjoy yourself. Glad you're here with us.

Welcome to the site.
You could download that model and start an evergrowing collection of paper models.
