Hi Patrick! Welcome to the site. Thanks for joining. Feel free to explore the forum, ask questions and enjoy yourself. Two subforums that will help you on your way are First Cuts - A Lounge and Tips and Tricks. So, what kind of models interest you?

I have 4 plastic models not complete but started
2 36 inch long man o war square riggers.
1 24 inch Spanish Galleon.
1 cutty sark needs refitting.
1 wood ship Topsail Schooner.
these were put aside some 5 years because of the papercraft bug.
in the process of finding paper better to work with and cheaper. and if I make a mistake i can just throw it away and print off more, can't do that with plastic. too costly. I have been collecting papercraft models for the last 5 years, I have maybe 10 double layer DVD's loaded with all kinds of models, every one of them were free downloads. my favorite kind. at present I am doing some special monuments and shipping them to a school teacher for her class on world monuments. because the models i get free any models I design and make go to others free also. So I say enjoy making the paper models as I have enjoyed them.

Welcome to the site.
Children like to receive paper models as gifts. Sometimes they like them too much, but since the models are paper it is easy to make another one.

Patrick. firstly, welcome to the family. Not every model has instruction sheets. That's part of the challenge. Look at pictures and try to figure out the assembly process. That's what makes us better modelers in the long term.
