due to all of the spam accounts that have been added, some 200 in an hour a few days ago, no real accurate listing is available, but my conservative estimate is around 35000, the rest are all spam accounts Rick

Yep, Welcome to all of the newest members.
 I have noticed a lot of spam accounts being registered on other board, too. The new account is registered and an irrelevant post is made in a long dead thread to try to establish ligitimacy.

well in our case, all first posts are moderated, so we can filter out those types of accounts, and ban them
it might be a Hans Brinker type of effort on our part, but we do try and keep the forum clean
