Humbled

Rest in peace Dr Spock for you have lived long and prospered.
Thank you one and all for your nice comments regarding my model work.
This is a first for me as I've never shown my models to anyone else before.
Crikey, I think yesterday arvo was the first time I'd even photographed any of them.
I failed to mention they are all in 1/48 scale which is O scale railroad or in my case ON30 which is
narrow gauge. O scale on HO track.
Well that darned Lombard Hauler bugged me all night and by this morning has begun to take shape in my head.
Looks like my first serious attempt at a card model might well be a scratch built Lombard.
Time to play an Elvis favourite, Such a fool am I.

advise please.

Thank you Whulsey. yep sure is interesting, certainly got my attention.
Now I need advice please as I'm totally new to forums.
I'm about to start building that darned Lombard Hauler thanks to Vermin King.
I though some members would be interested in watching my progress and to that end I propose to photograph as I go.
Q1, Do I start a new thread?
Q2, Do I post photos as I go, perhaps daily?
Q3, Or do I wait till the model is completed and post them then?
Tell me what to do.

I would start a new thread. I would probably put it in 'Civilian Wheels'.

Some folks wait to the end to post photos, but to me, I learn more from following the journey. Whether you post photos once a day, or every few days, or once a week, is totally up to you.

I'm with VK. As interesting as the end is, I find the journey to be the most fascinating part. To watch raw materias transformed into a recognizable object under the hands of a talented modeler (which you seem to be if I'm any judge) is nothing short of, well, miraculous.
