Hola, Paper Modelers!
Hello everyone!
My name's Jorge Silva, I'm from a little town called Purranque, in Chile. I'm 28 :P (yeah, still young, thank God!). I've got interested in papercraft since I was at high school, and nobody's been able to stop me since then Hope to get new friends here. I really enjoy the 1:200 scale airplane stuff. Yeah, you've already guessed: Chaiwatkom's paper models brought me here, his work is impressive. I've already made some Mirage III's (specifically those modified by Cafe, by the way), I'll be posting photos soon. Besides paper modeling, I also enjoy Manga style drawing (I'm not as good as those japanese/korean artists, but I'm certainly not that bad anyway -_-) Have a good time, and thanks for bringing this amazing forum to life! |

Welcome to the site.
Looks like you have many interests to keep you busy. There is an ongoing sort of competition here to see who can build the smallest model.

Well, ummm... How small are the models we're talking about? I think 1:200 category is my limit. Going beyond that is insane (in a good way, though :P) Thanks, buddy, but I'll pass on this round

Hola Jorge, Bienvenido al forum!!
I hope you find ideas and motivation to build as many paper models as possible. It has done that for me!! Don't see the making of a mini model as a competition... see it as a challenge. Here are some minicorsairs I did some time ago.. they are still a work in process project... which means I have them stored waiting to be finished.. I hope you are building something right now... Saludos |
