The best sources of 1:1 scale paper weapons are Russian blogs, but unfortunately I cannot publish the URLs here ... 'cos most of them also indulge in quite a bit of piracy and could get me barred by the nice people here.

However, there are some in our downloads section under Military Vehicles and hardware. Mainly handguns, but a few SMGs and a rifle.

The Hoborginc ones rick points you to at Dev Art are among the most realistic I've seen, but then again look through this site to find posts by 'Nothing' and 'Darkantz'. Their designs are well up there with the best.

Of course, if'n ya just want yer mind blowin' ... just feed 'paper guns' into a Google image search.

Dittos on deviantart.com many 1:1 weapons. the guy who does the ar-15 series is very good. I started a 1911 and have it half done. very simple but detailed. Just to aggravate my neighbor in NJ who is a local police officer, I swapped a 30 round paper mag in his ar at the range and watched him try to clear a "misfire" from it. It fit perfect and is very convincing!

Paper-replika's models (ships, weapons, you name it) are all very well done. His Hawk Fighter is one of my next projects.

One of these days I want to build a few full-scale models, but it's with the idea of wrapping one around my paintball gun...
