Hello, First timer, USS California GPM
Hi, I'm new to this forum. I mostly hang out on the Steel Navy website. While I consider myself a ship modeler, the reality is I'm mostly a ship modeler daydreamer. I have difficulty finishing my grand projects.
About me, I'm 52 years old, work in television operations, have three kids. I'm a competative rower, and have a 1966 Chevy Impala conv. I've owned since I was in high school. I've just started the GPM USS California in 1941 fit. My favorite ship,(next to a Lexington class battlecruiser) though I prefer her in the prewar color scheme. I doubt I'll start a build log, maybe, but don't wish to disappoint should something go wrong and I give up the build. I'm here mainly to ask construction advice as this is my first card model. Thanks for the read. I'll post questions as I have them, and find time. |
