Thanks. That is the first weekend I have free for the near future... so I don't know how much energy I'll have at that point. But if I'm up to it I'll bring something and stop by.

sorry about missing the last IPMS meeting (last sunday). Forgot to put it on my calendar and if I dont get a reminder I likely wont remember. When is the next meeting?

i have played with some over the last year but just recently decided to spend more time on it. built the cathedral of notre dame in paris (small scale from Papercraft) recently. didnt know what I was doing but it is pretty and went together reasonably well for a first build. I decided to try something easier to learn the tricks of the trade. i downloaded a number of possibilities to work on. I am a WWI buff but not sure I want to tackle a biplane yet so I may do an A7V Another that caught my eye was the turrets of the HMS Hood. They dont look hard (if you cant make box shapes what can you build) although the Hood turrets dont come with instructions and some of the parts are obvious. We'll see
