Hello from Spain

Hi everybody from Spain.
First of all I apologyse for my bad english.
I´m interested in the paper models world. Some years ago I started a Royal Aircraft Factory S.E.5 (only the first steps) but it is still waiting in a drawer. I hope to learn enought and with your help to be able to finish this beatiful airplane.

Welcome to the forum.

I'm not good at aircraft, though I have gotten to the point where they don't look wrecked and repaired, but I'm sure others could help.

To get your techniques and learn how paper acts, I would start off on free models

Hello and welcome. Don't worry at all about the English, not a issue. The issue here is to enjoy yourself and build some paper models.
Ask questions and look at the builds that go on here, that way you'll learn.

Hello Pipar61. Welcome to the forum.

Ask questions, see the other building threads, and enjoy this place.
Most of the people here is very nice.

Are you interested only in planes? Or in other subjects too?

Vermin_King, Richschindler, Rubenandres77.
Thanks all for your welcome.

By the way, Rubenandres77, I interested mainly in planes but I am open to others subjects.
Astonishingly I have found an interesting and old (2011) thread in Swanny´s Models web about a S.E.5a 1:14 scale. Do you Know the author?

It is the same model I have been parked since years. I will try to follow your steps but unfortunately I have not the possibility to do the great detailing like you made in the cockpit, because this is one of the few phases I just completed.

Best regards.

Dear Pipar,
The same thread of the Se5a can be found in this forum too.
RAF Se5a (scale 1:14 ed Martinez Casalta)

Unfortunately I don't know who the author of the Martinez-Casalta kits was.
It must have been the same designer of the Fokker triplane. They share common features.
Those models have a special charm. Nicely designed.
Anything you need don't doubt to ask
