Hello form Berlin
Hello to all,
I am Nils from Berlin, Germany and glad to be now part of this great community. I practiced paper modeling as a child, mostly ships and that is what I picked up a few years ago. Grown up at the north sea coast today sometimes I miss maritime and harbor atmosphere and build it by myself. "Front Light" (i also found "lower range light" in the dictionary) I have chosen as nickname because this is what you can see as my avatar which is also a reminiscence to my former home town and my youth Because time is rare even smaller models take their time to get finished. I will show some of my latest works when I learned how to manage the functions of this forum. Best regards Nils/Front Light |

Welcome to the Forum Nils. We'd all love to see your models, but bear in mind that you'll need to make a few posts before you will be allowed to post pictures. It's some sort of 'bot defence I think, but just post a few comments on other posts and you'll soon build up your score.

Hello and welcome. You'll be happy you've come across this group. Everyone here shares the passion for building things out of paper. Sit back, look around, and enjoy the hobby. After all, it is a hobby, something to be enjoyed.
I believe you need ten comments before you can post a photo. I think! |

Hello Nils! Welcome to the forum. Thanks for joining. We have a great group of shipbuilders and you should fit right in. Rich is correct - ten is the magic number for the number of posts you must make before you can post pictures. Very much looking forward to see pics of your work. We're glad you're here. Welcome aboard!
