Welcome to the fold Colin, from a 73 yr old. I started modelling in card soon after I retired. It can be very addictive and as soooo many models are free, the 'Waiting to do' file grows much faster than anyone can keep up.
Of all the hints and tips I could pass on, here's the most important one ... Invest in your own mini vacuum cleaner to keep with your modelling kit, and use it often. Otherwise SWMBO will be continuously on yer back.

Welcome, Colin! Whatever your interest, you'll find someone has made paper models of it!
If you haven't sauntered over to Ecardmodels.com yet, please do, it's one of the largest sources of downloadable kits around. Disclaimer- it's owned by a member of this forum, and several forum members (me included) assist him with the admin of the site. Wyvern |

Hi Colin, glad you found paper modeling and this site. You can ask questions here as you start your new hobby to make things easier for you. And age is not a problem, I'm 81. John
