I had to chase the image through 6 Pinterest pages, but I got there. ....

4th one down in right hand column. Google translate is your friend.

Incidently, the .pdf shows it to have grey plumage. My old HP six ink printer used to have psychedelic intervals.

Thanks folks. I was kind of worried that I would have to build something complicated, like a sailing ship or diorama from WWII...but, I can handle a paper bag.
