Hello from Canada

Hey guys, I'm relatively new to the idea of paper modelling. I have built many plastic model kits ranging from cars, ships, spacecraft, airplanes and such. I found this forum when I looked up the 1/12 Apollo command module. Some time ago I created a 3D CAD drawing of the command module myself, and knew that one day I'd like to build it. I've seen how detailed a paper model could get, since it does not rely on a 'kit' - and details can be added at the builder's discretion. So, while I purposefully came here looking for inspiration, who knows? Maybe one day I'll be able to begin posting my own work here!

Hello and welcome. Sounds like you’ve started pretty much the way everyone has, built plastic for all those years and now came to your senses and found paper. As there are so many very knowledgeable and talented people here, you will find all the help you need, if needed, just ask.
