Good to know there are other people in North Wales interested in paper modelling, living in Gwernymyndd outside Mold I think my wife and I must have passed close by your village when we often drive to the Brenig dam for a walk. I have recently retired from teaching in Flint and thought paper modelling would be an interesting pastime, I have joined Fiddlers green and next week hope to be able to download and begin a model.

Check in paper craft, they have bunches of models in different levels of difficulty. All are free and more importantly they have excellent instructions for the beginner.
