If you are just starting and interested in old cars go to this site, https://creativepark.canon/en/, look under papercraft and vehicles. The instructions are clear and if you take your time, you can achieve good results.

Thanks
Thank you all for the welcome. I am in awe at the ability of you folks and appreciate the time spent. I had my truck displayed at the Army Heritage Center in the WW1 area where several of you modelers were set up. I am looking for someone to design a very simple paper model of a 1918 Dodge Brothers staff car. A buddy and I display at military events and it would be great to give a model to kids of the 10 to 13 age range. He and I also belong to an International club so I would like to be able to print the car in black for a civilian model. Any help would be appreciated. We currently give a coloring book of DBs to younger kids.

Your Dodge vehicles were hits with the crowd on Saturday, and I took several photos of that magnificently-restored Dodge staff car on Sunday. Was it you or your buddy in the WWI campaign hat and uniform?
I am in the process of slowly posting the photos I took (mostly of our paper modeling group, but a few of the reenacts and exhibits) and should have my photos of the two Dodge vehicles up tonight or tomorrow. There are a couple of paper modelers in Carlisle, and Kevin (builder of the Dragon Wagon) lives in York. Don |

Thanks Don, I believe I spoke to you on Saturday. I own the truck and my buddy owns the staff car. His car was on an Army base from 1918 until he bought it. My truck was used at a military training camp until about mid 1930's. There are only 5 trucks like mine known to exist.I would like to come up with a simple design for a staff car that kids could assemble.

I believe these are the vehicles in question. I will eventually post more images of the Dodge staff car in my thread reporting on the event, but this year, I only captured one shot of your truck.
When you visited our display, I must have been away from the table, or I would have asked to take a picture of you. We like to capture images of reenactors with our models. I think I may have taken a photograph of you at our display in 2017. John Dell (who designed and built that array of B-17s and B-24s), Lil, and I were in your area to look at your vehicles and to view the flyover from that vantage point. I told John, "To my eye, that's the way automobiles are supposed to look!" Don |
