And a hardy southern welcome from a Crimson Tide fan. Looking at your model, I don't think you will have a problem transitioning to paper. It's round, where it should be round and bent where it should be bent and straight where it should be. Plus, with all those paints in the background, you won't have a problem finding the right shade to color the cut edges. You are coming off the blocks a lot better equipped than a lot of us were, when we started. I look forward to seeing what you pick for your first build thread. Enjoy!

Probably more real. But it's all about working up to that Edu-Craft 1:144 Saturn V Crawler and LUT.

Joe and KC,
I won't show you my work space, because I am not neat and organized. My wife and daughter call my area a disaster. However, I do know where everything is located; including the stuff in my "fly-away" kit. When I take my granddaughters to dance lessons, I spend the waiting time teaching kids (and sometimes adults) paper modelling techniques. So far, the studio owner has not kicked me out.
