From the Great Northwest

Hello Carders! Most of you know me from the other forum site, and I'll try to be as unobtrusive here as I was there. 8v)

I have been a cardmodeler since early the beginning of this century when I began a search for WWI aircraft models. I have designed some models, built a lot of models, and have a stack almost as high as me of wannbe-built models.

My interest in card is aircraft, real space and thanks to Rickstef, vehicles, especially Dakar stuff.

Ashrunner,

I was wondering when you'd wander over here..., Interesting how neighborhoods move around on the internet..., Beginning to feel deja vu familiar all over again.

Gil How did you get paragraph breaks in your post? Mine all run together.

For some reason, on my screen, my paragraphs all run together. Rick edited my first post to get them in there, but my previous post to Gil, I had started a new paragraph after I typed his name. (new paragraph) It looks okay, but not what I typed. I put in a paragraph after "name." in above. If it doesn't show now, I know there is something wrong. (new paragraph) Rick says it's because of Friday the 13th...I think it is because of sunspots (I blame everything on sunspots). Most likely some switch somewhere isn't switched on or off. That switch is probably in my brain.

Is your 'Message Editor Interface' option (in options near the bottom) set to 'basic editor' maybe and it doesn't allow any formatting at that option?

Ash,

Maybe it's time to add rabbit ears to the lightning collection and brain stimulator warbonnet. Wander around outside during ideal thunderstorm conditions and collect a few leader strikes just to get warmed up. If this doesn't work add extenders to the rabbit ears by crumpling up some aluminum kitchen foil around the ends. This piece of artful engineering is a sure fire method for creating strike leaders prior to the main strike. A couple of good main strikes and you'll be back to being your regular self...,

Solving the paragraph run-over problem will wait till you finish your romp around the neighborhood...,

-Gil
