Hello from Northumberland
Hello
I am a retired engineer from North Northumberland. I have been retired for several years now and am starting to get a bit bored now and again. So I thought of starting a hobby again which I used to have when I was a kid many many years ago. My main interest was always aircraft especially balsa models. I used to spend hours building models from Keilkraft with rubber bands to power the propeller. Am looking forward to seeing what other modellers have been building on this site.

Hello and welcome. Seems many here are in the same position as yourself, retired. Trust me this is a great hobby for a retired person.
Just remember, always enjoy what your doing. When it becomes a chore, it’s no longer fun.
