Hi to everyone
Hi my name is Simon, I and my better half live in a large village called Wivenhoe in the South East corner of the UK.
I have happy memories as a young boy of making both paper models and flying models with my father, back in the 60’s and early 70’s . I particularly remember a Wilhelmshaven Constellation and a Harris Edge Showcase Models Flying Scotsman. I have spent a hobby lifetime making Flying Models of most types and meeting so many wonderful people along the way. I have recently rediscovered Paper models, thanks in no small way to Chris at Marcle Models. I have to say I have become hooked again, searching the web has turned up so many fantastic Websites (including this one!) and models, some of what is available is truly amazing and I am looking forward to becoming involved and sharing some of my meagre efforts with this forum.
