Hi from Spain
Greetings!
I've never been much of an active user in foums, always the silent lurker, but since I've been downloading a significant amount of content from PaperModelers, I thought I might as well show some politeness and introduce myself and try to interact a bit. I have been building a few paper models on and off for a few years, mostly from media that I like. I loved building paper models when I was a kid, but nothing with the complexity of the builds you can see on this site. Much later on, my first serious build was the Ecto-1 from Ghostbusters, followed by the Back To Future DeLorean, which I never really finished. During lockdown I started to get into Star Trek and I built the Enterprise model and the command bridge diorama by Ron Caudillo. My plan at the moment is to keep building Star Trek ships and fill a whole shelf in my room with them. I'm currently finishing the Klingon Bird of Prey by Clever Santoro Lopes and considering which will be my next build. I've been almost salivating over all the material I've found in this forum, the only issue I see is that most of the Star Trek models don't seem to have any assembly instructions, which I find puzzling, given the intricacy many of them have. |

Thanks everybody!
Of course, pictures! Silly me, It didn't occur to me to actually show any of the builds I mentioned. Here they are. (The Bird of Prey is still in progress.) For the record, I'm just an amateur at this. The Ecto-1 in particular is far from perfect, with many glue stains and other building mistakes. |

Thanks for those. I think you're doing pretty OK. Keep on truckin'!
