Hi all out there!

My name is Claus and I come from Vienna (the original one in Austria). I've been reading this forum for some time, but have not posted anything yet.
I restarted card modeling about one year ago. In my early days (more then 20 years ago) an built some models from an Austrian publisher (G.E.L.I. Klagenfurt - a Legend in Austria and Germany). The Internet and the multitude of forums about card modeling brought me back again.
Btw., sorry for my bad English. I am Austrian - that means I can't even speak German.

To be honest - I did not know. When I bought this in a little shop in Vienna, I had no idea about the history of this plane (I am not very interested in aviation - only in modeling). But on July 25 (the 100th anniversary), I was driving in my car and there was a radio documentation about this flight. That's when I first heard about it.

I will, for sure, post some more. Maybe quite soon, because I am just working on another old-timer plane and maybe I'll write a building report (is this the right term?).

We usually refer to it as a build thread but a building report is also correct.
