Gang,

I'm a long-time plastic and resin modeler transitioning to card models of spacecraft and launch vehicles. Simple reason for the switch: Many of the card models in this genre are larger and vastly more detailed than their plastic counterparts!

I'm currently working on Neils' 1/10 Pioneer 1 model, repainting it to reflect the two existing museum replicas, which supposedly are what the spacecraft looked like at launch.

Welcome to the forum. Many of us started in plastics and migrated to paper. Many of the techniques that you use in scratch building will come in handy here. Most of those lessons learn can transfer over to paper very well. While this is a paper forum, there is a section called other things that we do, Post some of your resin models there so that we can also enjoy in your handi works.
