One question When I go to the downloads area it says I dont have permission to access that page, so do I need to get approved?

Welcome to the forum and when you build, Stick to one item at a time. Don't try to make too many builds at one time. Pace yourself and when you get more experience, you can build more than one at a time. Get bit by the paper bug and get addicted to paper, your hobby life will never be the same.
