Hello from sunny Southern California!

Admittedly it's not sunny at this moment (it's nightime)...

Welcome, I think we have several members in your area. Former Orange Countian myself before winding up in the Phoenix area. What do you like to build?

Naoto,

Welcome to the fold

Small world I live just down the 210 in Glendora. There is a small group of Paper Modelers that get together once a month at the IPMS-OC meeting. If you would like to join us at a meeting I would be happy to supply the transportation. Just drop me a note via private message.

As for what's on the workbench... nothing much at this time -- right now I'm just poking my head in the doorway to see what's happening around here. I did check out the download area -- was pleased with what I saw. I find it amusing that I'm getting getting back into a medium that got me started in model-building (first experience in model-building was with the papercraft kits packaged as "furoku" in various Japanese magazines back when I was a kid).

FYI just in case you don't recognize my avatar -- it's Doraemon, a manga character (see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doraemon ) which has been a strong influence in my life.

Well, I hope you have recovered enough from that 5.5 shaking the Baja just received!

Just out of curiosity, do you read and write Japanese? There have been numerous times on this forum when someone with that bilingual skill could have helped!

Good to have you here regardless!

“Furoku” package brings back memories of my boyhood. I have built furoku motorcycle paper craft that is Japan’s first TV superhero gekko kamen’s (moonlight mask) beloved vehicle

Let’s enjoy paper model together
