Hello
I am just getting into paper modeling, even though i have done alot of reading and checking out variuos websites for paper models. I am very impressed with the way these models turn out by different ones i have seen. I have been a plastic kit builder for many years, been building Nascar models since 1989.

Welcome! There are some NASCAR paper models out there... I can't seem to find the link in my favorites, but there are plenty here who can provide it!

Assume from your id (Miller Geniune Draft # 27) that you're a Rusty Wallace fan. Welcome, not as interesting in NASCAR as I used to be, but still follow it.

Welcome!
I have a neighbor that just built the #8 and he printed the body panels on glossy photo paper and it looks really sharpe. It was his first card model too, so he was brave. Myself, I find the glossy paper very tough to work with and hard to glue, but it does make for a nice look when you are after a gloss finish. You can also spray the model with a glossy overcoat when done, which also serves to seal the ink from H2O related mishaps. |
