As a kid i build plastic airplane models.

I got married and have two kids now, but the model making has become model collecting. I still have a few hundred of them unbuild stored in the attic.

A few years ago i discovered paper modeling.

Plastic models are now things from the past for me.
I prefer paper over plastic.

Current project: Thaipaperwork MiG-21F GDR AF for Chris.

Welcome aboard. Like most of us, many started with plastic and gravitated towards paper. This is definitely a very interesting hobby with models that you will never find in the plastic universe. Enjoy your stay, and see you around in the forums.

Welcome! Paper also has an advantage with your children - you can build simple models with them as many times as needed (accidents will happen ...).
