Newbie Question

Hi all, hope all you designers and builders can forgive a layman like me posting this:

I'd like to know where I can post a 'Builder Needed' post or where I can locate a builder? I am Brooklyn NY based. I suck at building and I want to surprise my kid with a Wall-E Axiom paper craft.

I have a PDF from paper-replika.com available. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for considering.

Hi there, getting a builder close enough to you might be a problem! this isnt a very popular sport!
Couple of questions.. how old is your son, and have you tried building the paper-replika yet?
Why do I ask? well the model is a great one as usual and there ought to be no real problems, just practice lots and be proud of what you do..
If your son is young, he wont notice, or really care about any errors, he just has a great dad who wants something for him. If he's a little older, why not give him the printouts, and spend some 'dad time' with him on a partnership build.

Otherwise I wish you luck in geting a builder. (watch out for crushed postal deliveries)

Welcome aboard!

Have you looked at the simpler Wall-E versions? Pilsworth at DPILEGGI and kspudw's version (looks derived from the fold-up displays that were in the theaters) at Paper WALL-E by ~kspudw on deviantART .

I love this sentiment - very nicely put, and very true
