Welcome neighbor, Swampfox here. I live near Nathrop, which is a little north of Salida in Central Colorado.

Not too many of us paper chasers anywhere, so it's good to know there are others somewhere in the same state.

What kind of models do you like to build? Look around the site, get to know your way around.

See you in the forums,
SFX

I'm in Fort Collins, a bit of a ways from Nathrop.

My favorite type of model is automata. I've built most of Rob Ives' stuff and really enjoy it.

In addition to that, in the past I focused a lot on buildings/architecture. I still have fun with those, but recently I've been experimenting with vehicles and animals.

Welcome to the group. Ft. Collins is nicer than Denver or several other places on the Front Range, I can say that because I use to live in Golden when it was still fairly small and quiet. Not any more!!

Post some images of the kind of the kind of things you build. We're pretty much open to anything made of paper.

Again welcome and have fun,

SFX

Welcome aboard, Sheila! Looking forward to seeing more architecture and machinery around here.

Yogi (the International Space Station qualifies as a building, doesn't it ... or at least a mobile home)
