Hi from newby DWKR0001!

I was somewhat idly surfing today and happened upon this sight - and quickly decided to join. I was impressed with the quality of models and interesting subjects.

I have not yet built a paper model, so I'm looking for tips on construction. I do have the desire........

Up to now I've mostly built 1/700 subjects: ships, planes, space-craft, vehicles, etc. Mostly styrene, resin, metal.

One for my 'dreams' is to build a 1/700 space launch facility. I've already seen some inspiring work here.....
