Small though it is, that looks so much like an HO electric model loco and flatcar combo it's stunning.
My father had a Marklin set in HO that he ran for a few years, then stored away.
Your pairing as shown in the picture would easily and proudly sit among those dad had out.

Thank you for showing the pairing, Darwin, pleasant memories surfaced.

Kind and Respectful Regards, Uyraell.

Belated congratulations on completion of another one, and thanks for the useful advice on construction techniques.

I liked the tribute to your Dad.

Don

Thanks for the comments, guys. I printed out the reduced track from Best Paper Models. Looks good...and still room for a few more cars in the construct.

These are addictive....I started the Gr 740 engine. Who says you can't butt join unreinforced card stock?

I've been saying that for years. That is one of the reasons I build tiny models.
Thank you for posting this. I had missed the Micromodelle trains first time around so if you hadn't posted this, I might have missed them altogether!
Nice clean work by the way!

Two more of the minis now complete. Gr-740 loco and a baggage car for it to pull.

I am amazed at the skill level you maintain while building at blazing speeds.

Two more cars in the freight consist...the Carro F (wooden box car) and the Carro G (metal box car). As far as the speed of construction...when you are working with well designed, precisely drawn kits, they go together quickly.

Complete...the first class and the second class passenger cars. There is now a reasonably compete freight train and a complete passenger train (though probably another couple of 2nd class cars would be appropriate). The final shot includes one of my N-scale locos. It appears that Zio's minis are somewhat smaller than N scale, but probably larger than 1:200 scale. I'm guessing (without having any length information for the Gr. 740) somewhere on order of 1:180.
