Prudenzio Contest - English Archer
My latest entry is this English Archer that took me two days to complete. Thought paint touching up was necessary but finally decided to skip it. Have made a dozen arrows, two on the ground and one on the bow ready to shoot. I think Zio's figures are great and give you a lot of flexibility to build. Hope you'll enjoy the pictures.

Great work, PaperMate; I'm struggling with my own English archer at the moment - the one with the the leather jerkin. He is more difficult than the crossbow guy! If they extend the competition I might get him finished in time, Bailey

Is that bow kit or scratchbuilt. That is really quite nice.

Very nice, the extra arrows are a great touch and the stance is just right.

Hi Major, the bow is from the kit but the secret is that a thin wire is glued to the main part of the bow before attaching the curved sides. It is quite sturdy actually.
Bailey, the deadline has been extended so you can complete yours in time. Papermate |

A little late for the contest, but Zio has one each of French and English Artillery Soldiers up now
