Prudenzio Contest gneisenau-2011

The Martin zio shipyard is moving on to the fourth ship build and my fifth sea going build in all. I am liking these Prudenzio ships they are getting me to try and find things and build and try and find a way of doing them that reduces the risk of making a mess of them in the small amount of space i got. Very soon i got to figure a way of where to put the models i got to display a bit right now they are all just sitting on the top of my gas heater and broken printer

I started but so far really it is just the same as the Sharnhost the formers are exactly the same so no point posting photos till got something done and what good would be posting a photo of the bottom of the ship with none of the formers glued in place are anything.

Before heading back into building i thought i make something for displaying some models. My plan is to stick this to the wall with bluetac and see does it hold and if not then that plan is gone out the window. No matter what i got to start thinking of somewhere to put the builds as the heater that is under the models and the old printer is going to be needed soon. I did start before the injury to the hand on the Gneisenau and I am sure to finish it in the next two weeks.

I also like seeing Topo's models being built. You must have an interesting collection if you have ships, the Vatican and a Sansarra all next to each other ... LOL

I'm sorry about your little accident, I hope nothing serious. I'm curious to see if you can really finish this behemoth of a ship in two weeks .

Marco
