I always like to see these kinds of models appear in the Forum. There were several Canon and other birds and creatures on display at the International Paper Modelers Convention in Sterling, Virginia, USA, last week.
It is also great to see families of paper modelers participating in the craft. That pea hen looks great so far. Excellent artisanship! Don |

hi people,
just a progress update............ now doing the feet.........very fiddly. they call it Pea-hen....but surely it should be Pea-cock as the hen has very dull plumage??? regards don/maureen |

Pea Hens are duller, maybe with more greens and browns, but they definitely have a shorter outer tail. They might be thinking that if they call it a pea hen, they wouldn't have to make such a large tail.

Or maybe because of language filters labelling it as something different (read 'naughty')?
