Just wondering if anyone is having problems downloading from cannon..it won't let me download the models! i have very few problems like this.. i click on the button but it doesn't do anything.. can someone help?

hi mate.
I found down loading a prob...........are you selecting to open with adobe? or save file?
I was trying to open with adobe and that caused ....possibly a big delay in connecting .....try selecting save file instead and see if that helps........
I just kept refreshing the page until it down loaded.

hi vernim_king.
it's a canon one and the legs are 3 layer laminate........seem quite firm at the moment ..... the body is single layer......just trying to see how far we can push the 'cheaper' paper

I click the download button but nothing happens... I can't get it to work!...oh well.

Do you have a pop up blocker installed? If so, you will need to disable it. I did and downloaded fine into adobe.

It is on, but normaly when it blocks a popup it will show a (popup blocked) icon, and it doesn't show it.. and i can't find where to turn it on..

should be in tools in the browser.............unless you have a seperate one installed.

I checked both the tools and options.. i'll check a different browser (as much as i like chrome Better..)
