Dear Friends:
Went to plant store got 3" pot of catnip spent $3.48 transplanted it a nice large pot put it pride of place in side yard one week later the stray cat came in middle of the night and destroyed it. This cat has a range of 2.5 miles from our house He/She is a boldly marked black and white so is easy to spot while driving around only eats part of the bowl of cat food at any one time.
Off for more catnip,
Miles

Also just for fun I was working on a mini model
one day at my Fly tying desk and thought,,,
Hey that's about the same size as a Dragon Fly lure I tie.
So,,, I added a hook to the fuselage and made it into a lure.
I have done several like this and mounted them in clear
plastic boxes for display.
One day I plan to catch a fish with one.
Thanks for posting the pics of your Paper Model Airplane Flies! For some reason I think that the Yellow one might just be the ticket. Maybe that's because here in North Carolina, Sulphurs are one of the best flies to use all year round.

Miles, I had the same problem with catnip. Until I made it both available and cat proof.

I'll take a picture later and post a it - easier then explain how I did it!

more combing

Hi Guys,
Did some more combing on my baby girl Callie
a couple days ago.
Spent about an hour doing this.
Here is the resulting fur pile.
I'm still trying to keep her and her brother
combed during the spring shedding.
I will show Brumby's fur pile next.
Best Regards,
Gary

Hi Guys,
OK,,, here is what I combed off of BRUMBY so far.
He is a bit harder to comb than his sister CALLIE.
He doesn't like it and will try to stop me
or he will try to leave the table.
But he is my baby boy and I do what I have to.
Hope you like the pictures,
Gary

Hi Neil,
What a beautiful kitty Sasha was.
I have enjoyed all your pictures you shared of
her with me.
I hope you and Carol will someday get
another kitty to share your lives.
God Bless,
Gary

Soon with in few months I will be moving to live with my Son and his fantastic wife. A move I very much look forward to other then having the greatest garage sale first(more of a give away). My last prize position other then my modeling table(which I wish I could use more then I do now)is my Ham radio a FT-101B aka a Rice Burner which will be going to my brother. Along with new digs comes two dogs and one cat. I have really missed having pets around the house. So until the computers are unplugged I'll still be here being a leech sucking down as many freebies as I can. Being on a very tight budget has been for from easy and trying to get back into Model construction has been hard. Had a stomach problem months ago and I'm still getting over it. Looking forward to pets and the cat will be special and adding photos of the cat as it messes around on my table. Just so you know. wc
