Sorry guys.
I don't shop on line,,, and they have a fleet farm store
here where we live.
I was just trying to help Kevin to be able to get
a live trap for his roaming kitties.
Thanks for your help too.
It's all for the cats,
Gary

I try to avoid shopping online, but if you don't live in the U.S. or Canada, if you can't find a similar product, you might not have a choice but to order online

Gary - thank you very much.

VK - also thank you for your input as well. Appreciated.

---------------------------

Much as I would like to I can no longer order from overseas any more as the Rand has crashed! But, I can get something made locally easily enough, which is why I wanted an idea as to what it looked like. Will speak to one of the local vets and they can chip in (mostly) and keep it when I am done. Or provide a free check-up/care/euthanasia for the ferals.

Here is an outfit that looks to be based in South Africa that has some of those kind of traps. Perhaps you could use the contact information to see what would be available near you.

Animal Handling - Humane Animal Traps

Doug - excellent! Thank you. They are indeed local and I will get in touch.

Have tried a number of trap types in the past - all useless. That's why i was keen to see what worked for Gary. The traps they have are the same type. Great news!

Here is something different for cat people.
My In-laws love camping in their motor home.
They even take it on road trips south in the winter.
So for them to have ride with them sitting on the dash I did a re-paint on
the F.G. Trotwood trailer camper model.
I did it in their campers colors, and added some of their
touches to it,,, like the Menopause lane antenna,,, and
the gone fishing sign,,, and a license plate on the van that
says Bickerson's . I also added their pictures
in the camper and the van. And even did a couple little stand ups
of them with my Mother in-law bent over a fire pit,,, and my
Father in law watching from a lawn chair. ( HE HE )
Gave it to them last night when they had a family
get together for dinner and to play cards.
( They loved it ) WHEW.
My two helpers Callie and Brumby assisted in the build so
here are pictures of them with the model and some detail shots too.
Enjoy,
Gary

Breast Cancer Awareness mice for nurses

Hi Guys and Gals,
Well,,, I had to have a hernia operation last week and as I am always trying to make folks happy,,, I built some of my Breast Cancer Awareness mice re-paints for the nurses to have at the hospital.
They really enjoyed the gift.
Here are my two helpers Brumby and Callie helping me build the mice for everyone. As you can see Brumby got into the q-tips this time. Usually it's Callie that does that. ( LOL ) Also,,, I was surprised that Callie let me take a picture of her with all the mice on her back.
Hope you all enjoy the pictures.
Best Regards,
Gary

PS,,, So far my recovery is going well.

The cats are so cute!!! I am really enjoying the thread.
Good to hear that all is going on well.
I'd love to have a pet cat, but my mother is allergic to fur....Plus, I love amphibians, I catch a few common tree frogs and feed them at home, but they will be devastated to find a cat near them..
