Hi Guys,
Here are a few pictures of Brumby and Callie at the
back door looking at one of our roaming kitties we
call KITTY.
It's nice that they are just looking at each other.
And with the new back door our kitties can
enjoy the view.
Best Regards,
Gary

Cats do like to observe and analyze - after all, out in the wild those result in dinner or hunger.

Just got Ratsie Katsie really po'd at me. Was at the computer when I hear a crash in the kitchen. Headed in there and see Ratsie grabbing at something. Thought it was a bird at first. So got between her and it. Was the biggest Sphinx moth I've ever seen. The wingspread was bigger then my hand. Managed to capture it and get it out the door. She's stalking around the kitchen not happy with me right now. Give her a bit to go off on something else and sneak her a cat treat then.

Hi Whulsey,
Love the picture of your kitty lounging.
Nice job Ratsie did for alerting you to that moth in your home.
She sure deserved a treat for that one.

Here in our home I put up a Callie and Brumby critter hunt
Talley sheet on the fridge every year.
When they alert us to something,,, they get a mark on the sheet
and a treat,,, and a kitty kiss on the top of their head.
I try to have a bit of fun with the critters depicted on the sheet.
And my wife goes along with it too. ( YAY )
Here is a picture of the sheet so far this year.
Best Regards,
Gary

Loving the Critter Hunt sheet, you'll have them competing against each other for the treats. You should award a medal at the end.

Hi Neil,
Nice idea to do an award for the critter hunt at the end of the year.
But these are my two babies.
So I really can't give one an award without the
other getting one too.
You know how that is.
I'm sure you know what I mean.
By the way,,, I have been doing this since 2014.

Best Regards,
Gary

Actually I think she brought it in from the patio. Finally this morning while I was working on the computer, she came over, meowed at me and jumped up in my lap so guess all is forgiven.

Had to plug Sphinx moth in to Google. Are some quite attractive ones out there.
Critter hunt sheet is a grand idea.

That's one of the reasons I took it away from her. It probably had about a 6 inch wingspread. Also though I'd read that they were poisonous to eat, but after looking it up guess its some of their caterpillar stage that are.
