And also,,, here are some pictures of Callie and Brumby

Hope you enjoy the pictures.
Best Regards,
Gary

Just for fun,,,
Here are some pictures of Brumby and Callie when we
changed the sheets on the bed today.
Brumby likes to get under the sheet to be warm,,,
and Callie likes to lay on top.
Brumby also likes to play with my back scratcher
and will catch and bite at it.
Of course I am VERY careful about letting him
catch it.
Hope you all enjoy the pictures.
Best Regards,
Gary

Requirements like those cannot be retrospective and can only affect those who move in AFTER the condition becomes effective. No way Jose.

Hey MIKE,
As all who are participating in this forum have a
right to their opinions,,,
What you say tells me that you don't understand cats.
Hope you and your friend ( No Way Jose ) find
someone who will teach you.
Best Regards,
Gary

Now that you say it Ray,
I offer my apologies to MIKE for my comment.
I thought Mike was referring to my pictures of
Brumby and Callie on the bed.
Maybe Mike will forgive me I hope.
Best Regards,
Gary

Hey Mike1158, thanks for the comment. Unfortunately I think they are in the original CC&Rs, an almost 2 inch thick document of small print legalize that I know I didn't read when I bought the place. Especially since I was worrying about things like securing the down payment and getting through the inch thick escrow, mortgage terms, etc. As Bob Dylan said years ago: More people have been robbed with a fountain pen, then ever have with a gun.

I looked at Mike1158's message when it came up and went ??? I couldn't see the connection with cats playing under a sheet - now the post makes sense. Maybe a cat would have got it faster than a mere human.

Nice Steelers helmet!

I figured I'd also post this here with the cat lovers.

I have finished the kit of B-17F, 41-2454 “Tuffy” that I was doing as a fund raiser. The money from this kit was originally to help pay for a kitten named Baby Goldenberg to get surgery to have his damaged eyes removed. Baby Goldenberg did have his surgery and is doing very well as you can see in the photo below.

Since then another cat has been rescued that also needs eye surgery. His name is Seymour (the black & white cat) and he was living on the streets of Queens, NY. The person feeding Seymour outside thought he was blind because he always kept his eyes tightly closed. Once rescued, however, it was determined that Seymour could see, but was suffering from entropion, a very painful condition where the eyelids roll in and the lashes rub against the cornea. Seymour was seen by a veterinary ophthalmologist, who indicated that surgery is the only lasting treatment for this condition. Seymour is about 10 years old and also has very bad teeth, most of which will need to be extracted. He will need 2 procedures -- the entropion surgery will be done first, then his dental work. The total estimate for these procedures is $1800-$2000.

As a result, the money I can raise from the sale of this B-17 kit will go to help both cats. If you are interested in purchasing this kit, send me a private message and I’ll give you the details. As a bonus you will also receive a second kit of a B-17G. Both B-17F and B-17G kits will only be available as part of this fund raiser. I am asking $10.00 for these kits. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.
