My wife asked me to pass this around. I hope no one minds me doing so.

We have worked with Sonnia many times to help cats in need. She is one of the most dedicated people we know.

I am considering doing a B-17 kit as a fund raiser for Goldberg. Would there be any interest in this?

Thanks for any help you can give.

“Sonnia Cepeda, a devoted cat rescuer on Long Island, is trying to raise money for this sweet little kitten who was found in a basement and left to die. His name is Baby Goldenberg. He was rescued by a young girl and taken to the vet immediately because of his severely infected eyes.

His eyes have now ruptured and he needs surgery. Since he weighs less than 2 lbs, the surgery is temporarily on hold. Goldenberg will be admitted to the hospital on Monday and will stay there till he can have the surgery. Goldenberg has been in foster care with a dog and a blind cat, who he loves very much and who love him.

There are already offers to adopt Goldenberg, but he needs to have the eye surgery first.

PLEASE CONSIDER DONATING FOR BABY GOLDENBERG'S SURGERY.

We need to raise about $3,000. Your donations are tax deductible...under alleykattz rescue..
Please Share this story.

You can donate through Paypal "friends and family" to: [email protected] ...https://www.paypal.com/

If you would like to send a check, please send Sonnia an email at: [email protected]<3
EVERYONE PLEASE SHARE....FUNDS MUST BE RAISED...PLEASE.....DO IT FOR THE BABY....”

Callie and the Dragon

Hi folks,
Thought you might enjoy seeing a few pictures of my baby girl Callie
with the F.G. Dragon I just finished building for a friend that owns a
local Chinese restaurant.
She was in her tent and trying to ignore the dragon, and then
she finally came out and bit the dragon's tail.
That's my girl.
Best Regards,
Gary

I like working on animal models at public events, such as the recent Army Heritage Days event in Carlisle, PA. They seem to be easier to build stop-and-go in between talking to visitors. This year I made one of Canon's rabbits (the one that is sitting up) on the first day, and I started this Canon Creative Park Premium panther on the second day. I didn't quite finish during the event, but it didn't take long to put on the hind legs, tail, and base once we returned. I should have done more edge coloring, but didn't take the supplies I would have needed on the trip. Also, as usual, I kinda missed while gluing down the feet. I love the stalking pose this cat has.

Hi Amccombs,
LOVE your build on the Panther.
A beautiful cat and model.
Bet this one would scare the crap out of some
trick or teeters if it was built life sized. ( HA HA )

Here for everyone are some pictures of
my two helpers Callie and Brumby with my
recent build on the cute little Harry Potter
and Hermione Granger models.
I built them for my wife's nephew's upcoming
wedding in June. He and his Bride are HUGE Harry Potter fans.
Hope you enjoy the pictures.
As always,,, my kitties enjoyed playing with the models.
Best Regards,
Gary

Great cat pics - as usual. Here's Sasha in the garden - if you can spot her.

Hi Neil,
Thanks for posting this really cute picture of Sasha.
And I can see her. ( YAY )
Hope you can post more of your beautiful little kitty
when she lets you take some pictures of her.

Here for you and all the folks are some I took today of my girl Callie
with a Minnesota Vikings doggie re-paint I did and built.
She was having some fun with it too.
Best Regards,
Gary

A upper for the morning.

The last few days have sucked. Bruised my Achilles tendon a few days ago, then some of the political stuff, London yesterday and then as I was getting ready to shut the computer down last night saw a new e-mail. It was that one of the model car guys I've know for 10-15 years and last saw at another one of the guys 70th birthday party a few weeks ago hadn't been seen for a few days. His body had been discovered last night were he had committed suicide. This morning let the cats out, made a cup of coffee and walked out to get the paper. The cats were going nuts (more then usual) when I saw this: a turtle had crawled over from the water feature and was laying eggs. Here's a couple of shots of her with Purr-r-er. More when I get them finished. At least it put a much needed good spin on the morning even if its supposed to hit a 108 today.
