THE AQUARIUM (All underwater creatures).

OK, We've got a public thread for the birds ... hows about one for the fish?

My starter for ten ... The gorgeous but poisonous Lion Fish ...

C'mon Guys 'n' Gals ... show us your builds. There must be hundreds of paper fish models out there! Maybe not quite as many as there are Pokemon or Cubees, but I'm not gonna start a thread for them.

Keep on snippin' ... Johnny.

Keep on snippin' ... Johnny.

Sculpin and Cory

Back when I was a wee tyke, my dad and I did an ocean fishing trip off California, and we only caught sculpins all morning. So I had to do the KeiCraft one.

Does that mean you have found a connection to get to KeiCraft models?

Pass it on mate, I'm still trying to get that Tiger.

Nicely presented models by the way. You just need a bit of sand and a back ground slide.
I haven't sussed out suitable foregrounds of rocks or plants myself yet.
Most suitable pictures of under water scenes also contain fish, which leads to scaling problems with the subject model.

Johnny.

Nicely posed and presented pictures there Pat. The hammerhead looks to have a bit of a square belly, but I'd like to have a go at pimping that one into something better. It would be nice to know the origins of the models. So that anyone interested knows where to get them, and to also give some credit to the designer.

Keep on snippin' ... Johnny.

Those are some of Patrick's models that he uses in illustrations for his books ... I think.

Nice clean builds there Shiftdel.

They deserve to be posed into a background picture.

Johnny.
