Hi Don, the tiger (En Svensk Tiger?) looks great. I'm looking forward to seeing all the critters at the Convention.

I like Canon's tree frog, but I'm still searching for a common european frog model, which is one of my favourites.
Clean builds Don!!! I like those.

Looking good, Don. I've downloaded a couple of those myself, but have yet to try my hand at one.

Lionization Continues
Image 1: Lil and me working on paper models in our sunroom.
Image 2: I've made some progress on the paper lion, but found assembling the body, shoulders, and hindquarters to be challenging. The lion has become rather lumpy, but I will nonetheless complete it for display at the International Paper Modelers' Convention in Sterling, Virginia, USA, next weekend. The IPMC theme this year is "animals," and the lion is staring with justified disapproval at another mind of "animal," a Hawk-81 (P-40B) in the markings of Lieutenant George Welch on 7 December 1941. The model is a DrLaser redesign of the Fiddlers Green kit for display alongside the John Dell model of B-17C 40-2074 at the U.S. Army War College on 15 December of this year, when we show the film Tora! Tora1 Tora! I am not doing a very good job of this P_40B beta build, and will start over tomorrow. Don |

Last month I built the elephant and the lion for my grandchildren.
A great pleasure! Gruß Adolf |

Your lion and elephant are excellent, Adolf! Thank you for showing them.
Last year, Anne McCombes built the elephant and presented it to the White Elephant Thai Restaurant, where we hold our annual banquet of the Paper Modelers at Army Heritage Days. |

Nice looking kitty cats, Don.
Are there any sports teams with Cheetahs as the nickname/mascot?
