So last Sunday I finished the tail section of the animal. A lot of small parts, now only the hips and legs need to be cut and build before putting everything together So take in account that all you see here is just dryfitted:
And the tail fitted to the rest of the model: The model so far layed out on the table, the ruler is 50 centimeters in length: With regards, Jerry

Got back on some work on the Raptor again today.
First I build me some legs, so the animal can stand. Then I found me some wire and started rigging the bones. It's not as stable as I like it to be, but it can now hold it's own head up: and another view, showing the parts that make up the legs: Jerry

I see some picture links are broken in the first posts, is there a way to restore them?
Today I continued building this beasty. Made myself a display stand, attached the hipbones and started working on it's pose; Jerry

I did some footwork today,.. No I have not picked up dancing, but I worked on the feet of the Velociraptor.
Here's the right foot finished, and the left being wired. The bone parts are on the wire and will be adjusted when they will be fitted to the model. Another image of the foot: And I did some work on the base today: Onward to the next steps! Jerry

https://gedelgo.deviantart.com/ I dunno if you need to register to use this, as I am registered. So It is obviously open to me. Any reason you are reluctant to register with Dev.Art ? Registration is free, and it opens up areas that are otherwise closed to visitors. In three years membership I've never actually posted anything there, but I've downloaded much, and have experienced no unwanted happenings like spam or malware. Signing in as a member will allow the more risque art to appear, but this can be opted out of if you prefer. Gedelgo's profile doesn't give much more than ... Female, Canada, birthdate, and 11 yr DA member (without Core membership) Showing no recent activity, but her last comment was on Oct 4th 2017.
