Eddnic's Blue Dragon
I have meant to build one of Eddnic's dragons since he posted them, but something else always came up.
Well, a co-worker is a game master for Sunday afternoon D&D, so I showed him some of my designs and builds for gaming and he started downloading a bunch of stuff, including Eddnic's blue dragon, which he needs for the module he is running. I tried to give him help to build it, but he was afraid he would mess it up. I know that feeling well. So, when he asked if I would build it for him, I thought 'Why not?' You can get the dragon at https://minipapermodels.blogspot.com...ue-dragon.html Instructions consist of only six photos of the completed build. So, I thought a build thread was in order I started with the fold-overs Cut out and edged Then started shaping parts

Very nice. That should spice up the D&D session. Now all he needs is a dungeon.

I already told him that I don't do much on dungeons, though I did do the bone chapel a while back, but on the Out-and-About sessions, I have a lot of buildings he can borrow. Only, he wants to buy them off me. Not sure I want to get into having my builds dictated by someone who is commissioning me to build them.
For instance, I've pretty well given up on getting my Wild Wild West playset done this month, and a guy wanted to know about re-skinning the Genet Models Pinz in a scheme of where he works The Pinzgauer is a 40-page model. (Genet Models 2012-2013 – Genet Models) Not a project I would ever want to take on. However, I suggested doing an Onager (Ebbles Miniatures 2010-2011 – Genet Models) with trailer. Eric did a trailer some time ago, and I designed the hitch. So I am going to do a longer trailer for this. Might even do the repaint myself. Chris Roe does not mind folks doing mods and repaints, as long as they are only posted in his forum. I often go off on tangents...
