Thanks for posting this. Can't remember where I got it, but I do have a copy of the fully marked Jack Russell. Needless to say, the markings are all wrong for "Our Jack", who often comes to stay with us when his owners need to park him for a while.
On the STAHLHART site, they offer several variations including an all-white one that I can paint up to look more like Our Jack.

Well, Stahlhart do a paper Jack, and Canon do a Black labrador .... maybe you can juggle the parts?
 Coincidently, before our neighbors got Jack, they had a Black lab called Harry (RIP). He was a hard-working seeing-eye dog, who really enjoyed getting spoilt rotten when he came to us for holidays. Jack however is just a rescue dog pet who gets spoilt in both his homes.

Someone had a large-headed dog that I started modifying, but I moved on to other projects. I hoped it would look like the first photo.
